Toria Keyes

Assistant Editor

Presenter Bio

A B.A in Writing and Human Rights from Grand Valley State University and a publishing internship at Our Daily Bread Ministries shaped Toria Keyes’s short form devotional writing experience. For three years, she worked as a writing consultant at GVSU Writing Center and worked as a lead writing consultant and head of social media in her senior year. She graduated and received an internship for the Voices team at ODBM. Since then, she’s been working in publishing for almost five years.

Now, as an assistant editor for Voices, she wears many hats including author relations, content and copy editing, and managing the blog. But one of her favorite tasks is occasionally writing short form articles for the Voices’ compilations or blog content. In her writing, she channels hurts into hopeful messages as well as her passion for justice, children, and increasing knowledge of theology.

Outside of work, she loves to be creative, expressing herself through art, singing, and dancing.
